Returning to the basics is essential to being able to rise up. Sometimes we get so accustomed to adapting to our ever-changing world and all it offers that we forget how good it feels to live a more simplified life that will allow us to think, process, and recover enough to rise up to the next level. 

Improving your mental well-being includes eating healthy food, exercise, proper sleep, recreation, a serene and uncluttered environment, and positive relationships. 

Times are changing for children and adults alike. The world we knew pre-pandemic seems foreign compared to all we are contending with now. 1 Peter 5:8 tells us to stay alert, for our adversary roams around like a lion. We must stay informed of all that is going on. 

It has been said the only constant is change. Truth. We are living in a world that is changing daily. We will do well to understand the changes and pivot when necessary. Expecting changes and transitions helps us to plan accordingly. 

These are exciting times and just as it says in Esther 4:14, who knows but that you were born for such a time as this! You were created with unique gifts and talents and God placed you in the exact location you were born, in this time, and in your exact circumstances, to thrive and bloom where you are planted. 

No one randomly stumbles into achieving their dreams and destiny. We all have to set goals, create an action plan and then push forward. Philippians 3:14.
